A.1 Company details
Orderinn is registered in England and Wales. Company registration number : 8712722.

A.2 Service
Orderinn is an online ordering service provider acting as a web based intermediary between independent restaurants, takeaway food outlets and customers.

B.1 Website access
You may access some areas of the Website without registering your details with us. Most areas of the Website are open to everyone. You must register to place an order.

B.2 Acceptance of terms
By accessing any part of the Website, you indicate that you accept our Website Terms. If you do not accept our Website Terms and Conditions, you should leave the Website immediately, and you will not be able to place order from the Website.

B.3 Accountability
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your Internet connection are aware of these Website Terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

By registering and placing an order through our Website, you assure that :

C.1 We may use your personal data to inform you of special offers and new or existing services that we believe may be of interest to you or to send surveys or questionnaires so that we can learn more about your needs and interests.

C.2 We may use personal data to notify you about your order status and/or progress, other matters related to your use of our services, important information regarding the site or changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

C.3 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

C.4 You are at least 18 years old.

C.5 Pursuant to the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18.

D.1 Placing order
Once you have added the Products to the shopping cart/bag you wish to order from the menu of your chosen Restaurant/Takeaway and provided the other required information, you will be given the opportunity to submit your Order by clicking on "place order" or similar button. It is important that you check all the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking this button; once you do so we will start processing your Order and errors cannot be corrected.

D.2 Amending or cancelling your Order
Once you have placed your Order and your payment has been authorized (in case of card payment), you will have very little time to amend or cancel your order and get refund. If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you need to contact the Restaurant / Takeaway directly. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to amend or cancel order as they may have already started processing your order. If the Takeaway/Restaurant cancels your order then you will receive refund within 24 hours (in case of online/card payment)

D.3 Order processing and rejections
On receipt of your Order, we will begin processing it by sending it to the relevant Restaurant /Takeaway and will notify you by email or SMS that your Order has been received and is being processed. Please note that any confirmation that you see on the Website and any Order confirmation e-mail that you may receive each merely indicate that your Order has been received and is being processed by us, and does not necessarily mean that your Order has been accepted by the Restaurant / Takeaway. Restaurant / Takeaway has the discretion to reject any order at any time because they are too busy, due to weather conditions or for any other reason. If a Restaurant /Takeaway rejects your order, they will contact you directly and money will be refunded (in case of card payment).

D.4 Delivery of your Order
Estimated times for deliveries and collections are provided by the Restaurant/Takeaway and are only estimates. Neither we nor the Restaurant / Takeaway guarantee that your order will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times.

E.1 Incorrect pricing
This Website contains a huge number of menus and it is possible that some of the menus may include incorrect prices. In such an event, neither we nor the relevant Restaurant / Takeaway is under any obligation to ensure that the Order is provided to you at the incorrect price or to compensate you in respect of incorrect pricing.

E.2 Payment methods
Payment for orders must be made by an accepted payment method (PayPal -credit or debit card) through the Website or in cash to the Restaurant / Takeaway at the point of delivery to you or collection.

E.3 Card payments
If you pay by credit or debit card, you may be required to show the card to the Restaurant / Takeaway at the time of delivery as proof of identification and so that they can check that the card conforms with the receipt data for the order. Please note that from time to time there may be delays with the processing of card payments and transactions.

E.4 Credit and discount vouchers
A credit or discount may apply to your order if you use a promotional voucher or code recognised by the Website and endorsed by Takeaway / Resturant.
