5* - Love the sushi and sashimi, the tempura is one of the best ones I had . Definitely recommend- but pls brace yourself as it does take time to get the food delivered ( it’s all worth it !!)

it tasted great it was amazing very very very slow delivery and had items missing on my order i couldn’t call because i got my order after 10 pm which said it was closed

***** so worth the wait!!! The most magnificent food, restaurant quality delivered to your door. The sushi is so fresh and all the dishes are delicious. Beautifully presented too. Highly recommend.

1 Terrible I tried to order a meal from ginseng’s . The worst experience I have ever had from a restaurant delivery service. I ordered at 5.45pm and I asked for an update at 7pm. I had heard nothing before that time... I spoke to Adam who was apologetic and said that the delivery would be made in 25 minutes... I called again at 7.45pm, 2 hours after I had ordered a very simple meal for 3. The meal was still not on its way and Adam could not give me any guarantees as to when it would be on its way. I demanded a refund and stated that this was the worst delivery service I had ever encountered. I asked whether there had been any other complaints and he stated that there been other unhappy customers. Adam said the only thing you can complain about is the late delivery!! I said I would never use the restaurant again and he said “Have a nice life” He was very patronising and condescending. Not the sort of customer care you would expect when the delivery was over 1 hour late.

Always fresh and fabulous food! Wait times are often longer than stated, but be patient, it is well worth the wait!!! The best Asian food in Eastbourne!
